This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver orders from nexyralab.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Dispatch times
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at weekends and on public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received in full.
2. Delivery methods and times
We ship across the UK and to select European destinations. UK orders are dispatched via a tracked UK courier service; estimated UK delivery is 1–2 working days from dispatch. Delivery times to Europe vary by destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (see section 7).
3. Shipping costs and free shipping
UK orders over £75 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs for UK orders below £75 and for all European orders are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Where we ship and your responsibilities
We dispatch from the United Kingdom. We currently ship to the UK and to select European destinations.
Orders to European destinations may be subject to local import duties or taxes, payable by the recipient. You are responsible for ensuring that the Products may lawfully be imported and used for research in your country.
5. Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we will provide tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.
6. Packaging
Products are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging.
7. Delays and events outside our control
Occasionally delivery may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, or customs handling. We will keep you informed where we can and help resolve any issue, but we are not liable for delays caused by such events.
8. Failed delivery or incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; an additional shipping charge may apply.
9. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, contact us at our support team as soon as possible and we will investigate with the carrier and put things right in line with your statutory rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
