Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Nexyra Lab research peptides, ordering, and storage.

Products & Quality

What purity are Nexyra Lab peptides?+

All products are independently verified at 99%+ purity by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from our independent testing laboratory is available for every batch.

Are your products cGMP certified?+

Yes. Our peptides are manufactured in facilities that operate to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards — the pharmaceutical industry benchmark for quality control.

What form do the peptides come in?+

All Nexyra Lab peptides are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, unless otherwise specified. Lyophilisation preserves peptide integrity during storage and transport.

Can I see the Certificate of Analysis for my product?+

Yes. All batch COAs are available on our COA & Lab Reports page, or upon request via support@nexyralab.com. Each COA corresponds to the specific batch of your order.

Ordering & Shipping

How quickly will my order be dispatched?+

Orders placed before 3pm GMT on working days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Is there free UK shipping?+

Yes — all UK orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders under £75 have a flat shipping rate.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. We ship across Europe and to select international destinations. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

How is my order packaged?+

Orders are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. Peptide vials are individually wrapped and secured to prevent breakage during transit.

Reconstitution & Storage

How do I reconstitute a peptide vial?+

Use our step-by-step Reconstitution Guide for full instructions. In summary: add the calculated volume of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) slowly down the side of the vial using a sterile syringe, then gently swirl until dissolved.

How long can I store reconstituted peptides?+

Reconstituted peptides stored in bacteriostatic water should be kept at 4°C (refrigerator) and used within 30 days. Lyophilised (powder) peptides should be kept at -20°C and are stable for 12-24 months.

Do I need BAC water?+

Bacteriostatic water is strongly recommended for research use as it contains a bacteriostatic agent (benzyl alcohol) that prevents microbial growth, preserving the solution for longer. We stock BAC water at nexyralab.com.

Legal & Research Use

Are research peptides legal in the UK?+

Research peptides are not controlled substances in the UK when sold for bona fide research purposes. Nexyra Lab products are sold strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use by qualified researchers and are not for human consumption.

Who are your products for?+

Our products are intended for qualified researchers, scientists, and scientific professionals conducting in vitro research in appropriate laboratory settings. They are not intended for personal use, self-administration, or clinical application.

Do I need to verify my research credentials to purchase?+

At present, we require all purchasers to confirm, at checkout, that they are 18+ and are purchasing for research purposes only. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions which reflect this commitment.
