How do I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account at nexyralab.com to view your order status and tracking information. If you placed an order as a guest or cannot find your tracking number, email support@nexyralab.com with your order number and we will look it up.
Where can I find my Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
All batch COAs are published on our COA & Lab Reports page. If the COA for your specific batch is not listed, email support@nexyralab.com with your batch number or order number and we will send it directly.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. See our Returns & Refunds policy page for full details, or contact us to initiate a return.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
Yes — we work with research institutions and laboratories. Select "Wholesale / B2B enquiry" in the contact form or email support@nexyralab.com directly with your organisation name and estimated volumes.
How are orders packaged and shipped?
Orders are sent in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging with vials individually secured to prevent damage in transit. UK orders placed before 3 pm GMT on working days are dispatched same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Fena (Pay by Bank / open banking) only. You authorise the payment securely within your own banking app — no card details are entered or stored.
